Questions about billing
What happens to images I don't use?
They expire at the end of the billing month. Unused images do not carry over, which is why the plans are sized generously — pick the one that covers your busiest month rather than your average one.
What if I go over the limit?
Generation stops until the next billing period. Nothing breaks and nothing is charged automatically — compression and the audit keep working, and you can move up a plan at any time.
Can I change plans?
Yes, in either direction, whenever you like. An upgrade takes effect immediately with the difference charged pro rata; a downgrade takes effect at the start of the next period so you keep what you already paid for.
Who charges me?
Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as the merchant of record. They handle payment, invoicing and VAT — their name, not ours, appears on your bank statement and on the invoice.
