2. What the service is

ConverterSEO consists of a free image converter on this website, a WordPress plugin, and a hosted service the plugin connects to. The plugin compresses images and audits your media library on your own server. The hosted service generates titles, alt text and descriptions using an AI model, according to the profile you configure.

3. Your account and licence key

Generation requires a licence key tied to your account and to the number of websites your plan allows. Keep it to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your key. If it is used on more sites than your plan permits, generation stops on the excess sites; nothing else is affected.

4. Plans, limits and payment

Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of AI-generated descriptions. Unused allowance does not carry over. When the allowance runs out, generation pauses until the next period — compression and the audit keep working.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Your contract for payment is with Paddle; they issue the invoice and account for VAT. Their terms apply to the transaction itself.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

5. What you may and may not do

Use the service for your own websites or those of your clients. Do not resell access, share a licence key beyond your plan's allowance, submit images you have no right to use, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts or models.

6. What the AI produces

Generated text is a suggestion, not a guarantee. It may be wrong, oddly phrased, or unsuitable for your context. Review it before publishing — the plugin lets you edit every field precisely because no automated system should publish to your website unchecked. We do not warrant any particular search ranking, traffic, or commercial outcome.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Our AI provider may be slow or unavailable; when that happens, the request fails, and the image is returned to your allowance rather than counted against it.

8. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost traffic, or consequences of publishing generated text without reviewing it.

9. Ending the agreement

Cancel whenever you like from your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that is used to attack the service, or that has not paid — with notice, unless the breach makes notice pointless.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days ahead; continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.

11. Law

Polish law applies. Consumers keep the protections of their own country's law. Disputes go to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
