Last updated 15 August 2026. This policy explains what DESEO DESIGN sp. z o.o. does with your data when you use ConverterSEO.
The short version
Images you convert on this website never leave your computer — the conversion runs in your browser, and no file is uploaded. Images you send for AI descriptions through the WordPress plugin do leave your server, because a model has to see them; they are processed and not retained. Everything else we hold is what you typed into your account.

What happens to your images
On this website: nothing. The converter uses your browser's own image engine. Open your browser's network panel while converting and you will see no request leave the page.
Through the plugin: the image is sent to our server, forwarded to our AI provider, described, and discarded. We do not store your images, and we do not use them to train anything. What we keep is the text that came back and a record that a generation happened.

Sending images to our AI provider means a transfer outside the European Economic Area, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep things
Account and profile data for as long as you have an account, then 30 days. Usage records for six years, because tax law requires it. Images are not kept at all — they exist only for the seconds it takes to describe them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to admin@converterseo.com and we will answer within 30 days. If we handle it badly, you may complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Warsaw.
Cookies
The converter and these pages set no cookies and carry no analytics or tracking scripts. The customer panel sets one cookie to keep you logged in — without it the panel cannot work, so there is nothing to consent to or refuse.
