Refunds and withdrawal

Paddle is the seller and issues the refunds. Below: when withdrawal applies, and how to ask.

Who issues the refund

  1. The seller of the paid ConverterSEO services is Paddle.com Market Ltd, and Paddle issues the refunds. Their name, not ours, appears on the bank statement and on the invoice.
  2. A refund returns to the payment method used for the purchase. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank, usually 5 to 10 working days.

Before you pay

  1. We do not ask for a card before you have seen how it works. The free plan covers 5 image descriptions, with no card details required.
  2. Compressing images to WebP and auditing the media library are free and unlimited, also after the trial descriptions are used up, and without an account.
  3. That is our answer to "what if I do not like it" — you find out before paying, rather than getting money back afterwards.

Right of withdrawal

  1. A consumer, and an entrepreneur with consumer rights, may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason.
  2. That right does not apply where performance began with the customer's express consent given before the withdrawal period expired and after they acknowledged that they would thereby lose the right of withdrawal. This follows from Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and applies to all digital content supplied immediately.
  3. A model withdrawal statement is set out in Annex 1 to the Terms of Service.

Cancelling a subscription is not the same as a refund

  1. You can cancel the subscription at any time, in the customer panel.
  2. The service then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Money for a period already started is not returned.
  3. Cancelling requires no contact with us and no reason.

If the service does not work as it should

  1. That is not a refund matter but a complaint — and you have that right regardless of the right of withdrawal.
  2. Write to admin@converterseo.com from the address the account is registered to. We consider complaints within 14 days.
  3. Where the service does not conform with the contract you may require it to be brought into conformity and, where that is impossible or would cost too much, ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

How to ask

  1. Write to admin@converterseo.com from the address the account is registered to. Include the Paddle invoice number if you have it.
  2. We reply within one working day.
  3. You may also contact Paddle directly, as the seller, using the contact details on the invoice.
